Augmenter vitesse du processeur ( ghz

j'ai le dirt 3 et il demande minimum pentium d or athlon 64 x2 2800 mhz.
Je voudrais savoir si c'est la bonne config pour le jeu et savoir aussi si je peux augmenter les mhz et comment faire ceci ?
