Ordinateur mal en point

Bonjour à tous =)

Voila, depuis quelques temps mon ordinateur à quelques problemes, ceci ressemble fortement aux interventions de logiciels malveillants, c'est pourquoi s'il vous plait j'aimerai que vous m'aidiez.
