Hello,
I just bought a second-hand fridge from a private seller less than a week ago. It seemed to be in very good condition. But when I plugged it in, only the freezer section was working. The refrigerator section wasn't cooling.
I therefore requested a full refund from the seller. This may be processed by the end of this week.
But I would like to know if there are legal means, laws that require this person to refund me.
