Minecraft windows 7 Bad card video driver

Bonjour,

apre que je me sui identifier sa me marque sa et je voi sur des site qui dise que c'est a cause de la mise a jour de la carte graphique mais je sais pas ou aller pour la mettre a jour ma carte graphique c'est: Radeon x 1600 series (microsoft corporation-WDDM) je c pas ou aller merci pour vos reponse (Chui un peu nul en informatique avec les drivers et tout)
