Hello,
I will explain my problem. By chance, I came across this site where I was shocked to discover that someone had created a profile using my first and last name as well as a profile picture. However, I have never created a profile on this site and, furthermore, I only learned about this site today. Moreover, this profile picture is only present in my profile photos on my FACEBOOK, so I am trying in vain to remove this fraudulent profile from this site, but for now, I don't know how to go about it.
Has anyone ever had to deal with this kind of problem? Is there a connection between Facebook and this site?
Honestly, for my part, I am completely disgusted and disillusioned to see personal information stolen by sites like this.

I also have the same problem and I haven't found any solution, and the pebe technique seems inaccessible. The only solution is to call on Anonymous to hack the site. If someone is skilled enough for that kind of thing, I tip my hat to them and they will help a good number of people affected by this huge problem.

So I went to the GOOGLE site asking for the removal of this page, as it's "inappropriate."
I think that if everyone requests the removal of their personal jerk page from Google, they should eventually blacklist this site.

I have a friend who is in the same situation, and I'm with her in the photo they attributed to her!!! ... a photo stolen from her Facebook without her consent (or mine!). She had just closed her FB account, and now she finds herself listed on Jerck.com without being informed!!!!
How can you unsubscribe when you haven't even signed up????
There is very little information on the internet regarding this phenomenon ... worrying.

Hello, I have the same problem... Except that I am the one whose identity is on Jerk with an old photo from my Facebook that I closed several months ago, but I only realized it afterward, and therefore it is impossible to remove this photo and this posting on Jerk! Anonymous might be the only solution because the website is hosted in the United States, and if the CNIL can't do anything, then we only have our eyes to cry... Pfff

We are trying to gather a significant number of complaints in order to put pressure on the host to have this website shut down.
A complaint has been filed with the CNIL, but I don't really count on them to take action in the United States.
If you have a photograph that personally identifies you, you can submit a complaint to the host. To do this, you need to write an email using the following template: http://www.futurequest.net/Services/TOS/DMCA/DMCANotice.php.
Send this document by email, signed by you, to the host's "ABUSE" address: abuse-AT-netriplex.com.
If an image is present on this website, it is a violation of your "right to one’s own image"; in the United States, this is an infringement related to copyright.
Thank you for reporting on this forum once you have sent the complaint to the host so we can tally the number of complaints to put pressure on the host.

This phenomenon concerns not only JERK but also other 'Social Networks' (WAYN, BADOO, etc..). The newcomers seem to want to increase their number of 'fans' by stealing members from Facebook and MSN... They also steal photos!
The only solution is to unsubscribe..

They have been displayed on this site since 2010, without my consent, obviously, and my name + surname (my last name is rare and the combination with my first name is unique) so when I am searched for on Google, their link comes up first on the first page. I have this problem too. By randomly typing my name into the Google search bar, I came across a single result, jerk.com.
I was shocked, so I looked for forums that would talk about this information theft, and I found an English forum where the topic was the same and dated back to 01/08/2010. The guy who experienced the same issue received responses saying that deleting his profile was impossible.
Maybe we really need to resort to legal action...-

You just need to enter a name (not first and last name), I think, I also had a hard time with it.
But Google replied to me yesterday:
"Google compiles and organizes information published on the web, but does not
manage the content of the pages that are published. In this case, we
invite you to contact the administrator of the site
containing the page in question directly."
So I think it’s pointless :-(
I didn’t find any other solutions, and even on forums in the United States, it’s the same problem as ours :-( -
