PlayStation Network still under maintenance

Hello,

I have a PS3, and I would like to create a PlayStation Network account. When I try to do this, it says "This service is currently under maintenance."
I've looked into it, and the maintenance is supposedly over, but apparently not on my PS3...
I would like to know what I could do to create a Network account.

Good evening,

the PSN is under maintenance, everything should logically return to normal by the end of the month, the PSTORE will only come back at the end of the month.
