Red cross instead of images

Good evening

Here, I have red crosses instead of images; when I go to websites, the images do not appear, and a red cross replaces them
how can I fix this problem

    I had the problem, I reinstalled Windows and the problem disappeared.

    Hello,

    For images, haven't you disabled their display in Internet Explorer? Check in the options.

    For Flash, download and install this plugin from
    https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    Hello!

    With Internet Explorer:

    1. In the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".
    2. In the "General" tab, click the "Delete Files" button.
    3. In the dialog box that appears, check "Delete all offline content".
    4. Click the "OK" button.

    Do this often!

      I did what you told me for the images that are replaced by red Xs in a small square
      However, despite your advice, the problem is still there

      Additionally, I am also being prompted to enable:
      Flash Player plugin, what exactly is this message, and what can I do?

      It does exactly the same for me, on Megavideo it was written that I was missing the VLC plugin, so I downloaded and installed it but it doesn't change anything. The problem with the red crosses does not occur on the main session but on the other 3... what should I do?
