Gangsters startup issues

Hello, I have currently reinstalled my old game Gangsters, but when I launch the application, an error message appears that says "Sorry, unable to initialize the CD drive, please check that no application is accessing the CD." Please help me.

    You need to rename the launch file of the folder called "gangsters" (with the logo) to "gangsters1.exe"
    be careful, I'm not talking about the shortcut on the desktop but the same logo in the folders.

    Forget about the emu.
    Otherwise, have you checked that no application is using the drive when you start the game????
    Can you play other CDs (music...)??
