J'aimerai savoir si c'est possible d'ajouter de la RAM et de la mémoire a un PC portable

    Salut

    Oui c'est possible, comme sur un pc de bureau. Sous le portable tu as une petite "trappe" souvent fermée avec une vis, tu l'ouvre les barettes sont en dessous.
    Reste à savoir quelle type de RAM il te faut, ce ne sont pas les même que pour un pc de bureau.
    Si tu ne connais pas le modèle, installe un logiciel comme Everest, qui te donnera le type exact. A télécharger ici :

    C'est justement de ça qu'on parle: RAM = Random Acces Memory (mémoire vive, en français).

    Pour la fréquence, ça dépend de ta carte mère et du processeur. Le mieux, si tu veux changer de fréquence, est de te renseigner directement chez un fournisseur.

    Alors, il te faut de la SDRAM DDR PC2100 à 133 MHz. Tu va dans n'importe quel magasin informatique et tu leur donne cette référence.
    Tu peux aussi l'acheter sur le net.
    Tu as sur ton pc une barette de 256 Mo, et un slot de libre. Tu peux donc acheter une autre barette de 256, ce qui te fera 512 Mo, ce qui est confortable sur un portable avec windows XP, à mon avis, mais bien sûr c'est à toi de voir.
