Bonjour,
J'ai acheté un HP DV6 2124sf en juillet dernier (windows7) et aujourd'hui, il s'est éteint tout seul. J'ai cru a une surchauffe (ce qui peut éventuellement arriver... même si ca inquiète toujours...)
Mais lorsque je l'ai rallumé j'ai eu ce message :
"Product information not valid
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid system board (OOA):
- Product Name
- Product Configuration
- Product Serial Number
Enter Continue Startup (si je fais enter ca démarre normalement et ca marche)
For more information please visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup"
Mais je ne m'y connais pas trop... ils parlent de UEFI et de Bios... Vous savez ce que ca veut dire? Merci de m'aider!
