How to become a singer at 12 years old?

Hello, I absolutely want to become like Selena Gomez, that is to say, a singer.
But I have a problem, I’m 12 years old.
I’ve looked online for auditions that I could do, but I’m too young for all of them!
Help!
I hope you will give me useful advice.

    Yes, there are also music schools, choirs in clubs, or things like that.

    You can do some small auditions there, and then you can ask your teachers for advice.

      A piece of advice, go ahead, do as others say, there are schools for that and my girlfriend did it, now she sings. So in schools, you perform shows and sometimes record labels come and ask you if you want to record, and there you go. ;-)

        It feels like we’re in Care Bears land. 
         
        But it’s too late, your advice comes way too late, she’s no longer twelve but fifteen! 
        Look up there: "Lou - April 18 2011"
