Probleme psp video 9 erreur 000100

J'ai lu qu'il fallait changer les options régionnales pour changer le symbole décimale virgule en point.Tout est changé dans ma config même le symble monétaire a été modifié au cas où. J'ai essayé de redémarrer le pc mais rien n'y fait. Si quelqu'un aurait une réponse où un début de piste ce serait super sympa. Merci d'avance.
