[ubuntu] source.list Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
ça doit faire un mois que je n'ai plus de mise à jour sur ma ubuntu, je pense avoir supprimé des entrées dans le source.list.
Serait il possible que quelqu'un poste les dépôts de base pour ubuntu.

Je suis complètement perdue , je debute sur linux  et je ne sais pas par ou commencer ...
je ne sais même pas comment transferer mes fichiers dans ma boite virtuelle ...
