    Hi, try this:
    Maj + Alt Gr
Normally you will switch from qwerty to azerty...

      Hello,
Thank you for your responses, but Ctrl + Alt Gr is not working
and the keyboard layout is indeed set to French; I even removed English so that only French is available, but it still doesn't work!!!
Any other ideas??? Could there be an error with the system installation (original) as it's a new computer and has never worked in AZERTY?
      Thank you again in advance...

    Hello,
In "Control Panel" then "Regional and Language Options" then "Languages" click on "Details" and select "Add". In "Keyboard configuration" check if you can set the keyboard to French.

Well, I can't see it... are you sure you did the operation correctly? Or else try Alt + Shift since you're on Windows 7 ;) Let me know if it works.

    Good evening again,
I've tried everything: Alt + Shift, Alt Gr + Shift, Alt + Shift, nothing works!!!
I will try a Windows upgrade and if that doesn't work I will reinstall Windows, and if nothing
    helps, it's still under warranty!!!!
    Thanks again for your help...
    Have a good evening.

    Control Panel
    Clock, Language, and Region
    Click on Change keyboards...

    Change keyboards...
    Advanced key settings menu

    * Hotkeys for input languages

    If no combination is assigned?

    Click on Change

    Change keyboard layout
Check the left Alt (AltGr) + Shift box
    OK
    Apply

    Now, do this combination
Has the keyboard returned to Azerty?

    - Yes
Go back to Change keyboard layout
    Check the Unassigned box

      And if you do this

I assume you have the French - France keyboard

      Add a keyboard
      French (France) Menu
      - Keyboard

      And check French

      Then in Default input language
You select the newly installed keyboard

      PS:

Since I use a custom keyboard, I have to restart the PC for my keyboard to be properly recognized.

You may have to do the same.

La première lettre est bien QWERTY, et non QZERTY comme tu l’as mis dans l'intitulé du sujet.

When I select a new keyboard and set it to French, it says it's already installed,
I've even downloaded the French language pack and it responds that it's already installed!!!
    Frustrating!!!
The keyboard is indeed QWERTY and not AZERTY...

If it’s really “qzerty,” then it’s not in English, it’s just bugged.
So just contact customer service, I think.

      You are mistaken.
You say: If it is indeed "qzerty," then it is not in English
It is precisely the opposite; a qzerty keyboard is in English
      A French keyboard is AZERTY

No, precisely, an English keyboard is in QWERTY and not QZERTY.
