probleme suite a panda titanium 2006

Question

Bonsoir a tous,j'ai installé récemment le logiciel panda titanium 2006 et  maintenant j'ai plein d eproblème avec ce qui est lié à windows comme IE, la recherche windows ne fonctionne plus, pas de restauration du système, je peux pas aller consulter mes mails sur msn etc.... J'ai enlevé cet antivirus qui semblait pourtant performant.et l'ai remplacé par kaspersky version d'evaluation. Mais les problèmes subsistent quand même. Alors n'y aura t'il pas une incompatibilité avec le sp2 et panda titanium?J'ai fais  un scan avec hijackthis. Je sais pas si sa peut déceler quelque chose. Bonsoir,

je vois que vous avez toujours pas répondu. Je pense que mon analyse hijack this ne révèle rien. Mais ce que je ne comprend c'est que la plupart des services microsoft ne fonctionne pas. La recherche windows ne fonctionne pas(sa m'affiche une fenetre vide), idem pour la restauration système et idem pour aller voir mes mails sur msn. Enfin je voulais faire un scan en ligne mais la sa ne fonctionne pas non plus(évidemment IE=microsoft). Est-ce que quelqu'un saurait d'où peut provenir ce problème car je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire. J'ai essayé plein d'annalyses avec avast, spybot. J'ai démarré sous une autre session et en mode sans échec mais c'est le même résultat. Une petite idée?

merci pour l'aide. J'ai fixé les lignes sur hijack this. J'ai fais une analyse avec ewido mais il ma rien détecté donc pas besoin de mettre le rapport. Par contre j'ai pas pu faire l'analyse en ligne avec bitdefender. Quand je clique sur analyse en ligne y a rien qui se passe. Mes autres services microsofts toujours pareils ils ne fonctionnent pas et donc IE ben il fonctionne a moitié quoi. Est-ce que vous avez d'autres solutions?

on fait qd m^me l option 2comme suit

Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du PC sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Relance le programme Smitfraud,
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
Sauvegarde le rapport, redémarre en mode normal, copie-colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum.

il me propose même pas d'installer l'activeX. quand je clique sur scan en ligne il m'ouvre même pas la page. C'est peut-être un pb d'activeX. G décocher la case rundd32 ds l'onglet démarrage de msconfig mais sa a rien fait. Donc est-ce juste un problème de problème microsoft en fait? Je suis perdu la.

Je viens d'avoir à l'instant un message dans un rectangle noir en haut de mon pc qui me disait : script fatal error. puis deux,trois autres mots en anglais.

salut

j'a bien fixé les lignes. J'ai supprimé la mise a jour ki était en double depuis hijack car dans Ajout/suppression de programme il y en avait qu'une. J'ai fais un petit Ccleaner. Mais sa ne marche toujours pas. Je me demande si c'est pas justement ce SP2 qui ma déréglé des choses. G désactivé le pare feu windows et mis kerio a la place. Ah oui autre chose: qu'appelle tu jeux-poubelles?Merci de ton aide en tout cas.

ben non en fait j'ai pas pu installer kerio en fait car il mettait :"internal error 2738". Et puis quand je fais un scan avec spybot il me met erreur lors des vérifications et il me met ces 2 lignes.

salut,ben j'ai essayé mais envain de faire un scan en ligne mais comme d'habitude quand je clique sur le bouton faire un scan , il n' y a rien qui se passe. Alors j'ai quand même fais un scan avec hijack this mais je ne sais pas si sa va servir a grand chose. re

ben l'analyse par fichier fonctionne mais je vais pas me faire tous les fichiers un par un. Sinon quand je clique sur le bouton pour un scan en ligne avec kaspersky sa ne fait rien non plus. Sa change pas de page, rien. Pareil pour aller voir mes mails sur msn. C'est embetant car y a plein de services qui marche avec IE. Meme un scan sur le site de pandasoftware sa me fait la même chose. je suis vraiment impuissant là.
