Virus qui ouvre un nouvel onglet firefox

Bonjour,
depuis une semaine quand je navigue sous firefox, parfois, un nouvel onglet sous tout seul. celui me demande m'alerte pour me dire que mon ordinateur et infecté clique sur "protect"! Genre tu clique et c fini pour ton pc quoi... Sa me bloque firefox et je suis obliger de quitter. J'ai fait un scan avec avira, spybot et malawarebyte qui ne trouve rien... pourtant cette page continue de venir de temps a autre... que faire?
