Versatis Alcatel D150 : le voyant d'alerte clignote

Hello,

I have an issue with my VERSATIS D150 phone; the handset is on the base, which is on (red light), but the handset displays "initial" and a few minutes later switches to "warning" (flashing) and then goes back to "initial" display. When I take it off the base, it is not charging. I couldn't find the problem in the manual. Can someone help me?

Please note that everything was working fine until yesterday morning; I've had it for 2 years and have never had any issues.

Thank you, Laetitia

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.16

Hello again

So, my husband found the problem! You’re gonna laugh!
The batteries were dead. They could at least mention in the manual that these "warning" and "initial" indications mean the batteries need to be changed.

Cheers

I have the same problem as you; despite changing the batteries, it still doesn't work.

INITIAL is to indicate that it is the first charge = Wait 24 hours for a correct "Initial" charge... before using the device.
