Bonjour,
Après une mise à jour Windows, mon ordi rencontre de très très grandes difficultés pour démarrer. En effet, à l'allumage, celui-ci tourne en rond, en d'autres termes, il s'allume et se bloque sur un écran noir avec le curseur souris puis décide de rédemarrer ect ...
Je parviens, en pas moins d'une heure de tentatives, à le relancer. Pour cela, j'éteins, je rallume jusqu'au moment où il me propose la restauration. D'ailleurs je choisis cette option à partir de la touche F8 lors du démarrage mais ça ne fonctionne pas à ce moment là.
J'ai besoin d'aide pour identifier le problème et je vous serais reconnaissante si vous parveniez à imaginer ce qui peut bien m'arriver !

C'est très certainement une mise a jour importante qui c'est mal installer j'ai eu sa une fois ....
J'avais fait une démarche ... j'avais télécharger un programme qui contient tout les éléments important de Windows que j'avais booter au démarrage de l'ordi. Le programme restauré les éléments important au démarrage de windows ...
Simplement je ne me souvient plus du programme si quelqu'un peut m'aider sur ce point la sa m'arrangerais

Peut etre une surcharge de ton disque dur .j'ai eu le meme cas sur mon ancien ordi on a ete oblige de le change
Le disque dur est bien chargé c'est vrai . Y a-t-il un moyen de s'assurer que ça peut être le problème ? J'avais plutôt l'impression d'une raté dans la mise à jour !
Je ne pense pas que sa soit si grave que sa ... Mais bon ... Enfin si quelqu'un pouvais m'aider a retrouver le nom du Programme sa serais sympas

Tes mots sont faits pour me rassurer et pourtant c'est bien l'inquiétude qui m'a gagnée. Le redémarrage intervient après peut être après une 50aine de rédémarrage et quand j'arrive à faire afficher la restauration. Sans cela, il tourne en rond toute la nuit !
Dans le menu Démarrer, on me propose d'effectuer les mises à jour mais impossible puisque ça relance le PC.
De toute façon dans le pire du pire des cas tu change ton disque dur ... et l'ancien tu demande a quelqu'un d'assez douer pour te récupéré tes donner dessus.
Je te l'aurais bien fait mais bon ^^ c'est pas comme si ont était voisin...

- Sur la page, clique sur le bouton « Nettoyer »
- Confirme lancement du scan
- Laisse travailler l'outil.
- Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.
(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(Scan/clean).Txt)
