Problème virus: fichier devenus raccourcis ?! Résolu

Question

Bonjour 

Voila j'ai placer mon disque dur externe sur un pc Bourrée de virus,alors mes fichiers  sont devenus des raccourcis de 1ko chacun et je ne peux plus y accéder !!

Alors que la taille des disque est toujours la même !!
Elle n'a pas changée et quand je fais analyse antivirus avec avast et avira il ne se passe rien 
que dois je faire pour régler ce problème de virus et quel antivirus vous me conseillez SVP

J'ai déjà eu ce problème l'autre fois et il a fallu que je le formate,mais cette fois si j'ai des fichiers de mon frère qui les a stocké sur mon DDR-EX ,pour problème d'espace,ces documents date d'au moins 10Ans ....!!!
