Error 623 Solved

Hello,

when I open Firefox, sometimes I get this error message that appears:
unable to load the dialog box.
Error 623: the system could not find the entry in the Phone Directory.

But who does it want to call, that c..!

I've found it

In my "internet options"
tab: connection
check "never dial a connection"

this problem occurs when setting up a local network because the checkbox is turned on by default during installation

I have the same problem. It doesn't bother me to do what I want, but it's annoying this error window that keeps popping up...

Where can I find my "Internet Options" to do the manipulation that Cubito describes???? I couldn't find that in the menus at the top of the Firefox window...

I searched and I found! You have to open Internet Explorer, go to the top in Tools, find Internet Options, and go to Connections  and that's it, the nasty window is gone.

Hello,
I have error 623, it can't find the directory, I've checked tools but I don't have internet options, and I can't restore it since it existed before. What should I do because the error message 623 can't find the directory is blocking everything for me. Thank you for your help.
