Hello, I don't think there are any specific drivers! The Medion is actually just a simple webcam, recognized as plug and play by Windows.
You only need the software that comes with it, Arcsoft MediaImpression 2, which should recognize your scan and allows for capturing.
I'm not sure if I'm right, but I think it worked like that for me...
By the way, the quality is dreadful. The calibration of the device doesn't change anything, the images are very, very, very, very cyan on my end, to the point that it's irretrievable, even with software like Photoshop!
