Hi,

I'm looking for a converter for video clips (format .amv) because my Sony digital MP4 player only accepts this format.
Could you let me know if there is a tool that can generate this format?

Hi!

Make sure you've selected the right drive (removable disk) in the output file, otherwise it might be due to the codecs installed on your PC; I installed this pack

Hi!

You can find the AMV converter software and a user guide for each version on this site [url]http://aliz.fr[/url]. If you need to convert to 128x128 or 120x160, use version 4, and for 208x144, use version 5.

I have the Api from aliz.fr with a 2" screen (I find converting to 208x144 is the best), and I haven't had any conversion issues with their guide.

I am in the same situation, and it really bothers me when I open AMV Converter and it says "Failed to load trandll.dll," then AMV Converter opens but when I start converting it shows me an error! Or when I click on the two arrows, it says success 0 fail 1 task. Thank you for responding quickly, please!!

In fact, MP3/MP4 players accept videos once converted...
1°) Install a codec pack.
2°) Make sure you can play your video in Windows Media Player for example.
3°) Install AMV Video Converter (the video conversion software).
4°) For the settings, it all depends on the screen size of the player (1.5", 1.8", etc.) to choose the appropriate resolution (128*128, 160*120, etc...)

To help you properly, it would be necessary to know, before exposing your problem, the model of the player, its screen size, etc...

Hi!

I've been on the website https://www.unibet.dk/betting/sponsors?mktid=1:1419722:8389-22999 and I managed to convert my clips into AMVs really well, but the problem is that the files are too small!!
Could someone help me???

Well, I've tried a lot of software and only one worked but the image is tiny on my MP4 player's screen
I looked at the Aliz site and I only managed to download the convert tools 4.0.........(the one that gives tiny images!!)
Where could I find software that really works (and for free!!)

Hello,

can someone help me? I have a zicplay pack trio 4 GB.
I can only play music; when I connect it to my computer, I don't have access to the video folders, e-books, etc.
I can only play music... for the rest, the player says "disk empty".

I was really struggling to convert my AVI files to AMV. Especially since there are quite a few versions of AMV and you need a version for almost every type of player.

  Where can I download version 4.5? I visited the site and clicked on the AMV Tools version 4.5, but nothing happens, it doesn't download. The only thing that appeared was a Megaupload webpage that doesn't make any sense (download the Megaupload toolbar).
