Folders turning into shortcuts

Good evening everyone,
in two weeks, this is the second time it has happened to me; the first time I lost a folder containing many videos, photos, and editing projects, the second time I lost all the folders that were in a similar folder but I still have the folder on my desktop.
Both of these folders (one that disappeared and the other whose content has disappeared) were on my desktop. And when I try to find the files that were in them with Windows Explorer, I see the names of the files, but when I try to access them, my computer tells me: "The item "blabla" that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so it no longer works properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?"
I really don't know what to do and for this second folder whose content disappeared yesterday, it's work that took several dozens of hours that has vanished. I did a deep scan with Recuva but it only found video render files (as these projects were created on After Effects and Premiere Pro, they contained .aep, .prproj, and .mpeg files)
I don't know what to do anymore and the video I need to deliver must be finished quite quickly (and I had almost finished it before everything disappeared...)
I hope you can help me
I look forward to your responses

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.13

Hello, have you tried to see if with a system restore to a date and time when everything was fine?

Otherwise, post a ZHPDiag to see if it's really an infection?

Open this link and download ZHPDiag:

    https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html

Click on download "the one at the bottom"

    or directly here: ftp://zebulon.fr/ZHPDiag2.exe

    Save it on your Desktop.

    Once the download is complete

    for XP, double-click on ZHPDiag

for Vista and Seven, right-click on the icon and run as administrator.

Don't forget to check the box that allows you to create a shortcut on the Desktop.

/|\ the tool has created 2 icons ZHPDiag and ZHPFix.

Double-click on the ZHPDiag shortcut on your Desktop for XP, otherwise right-click and run as administrator!!

Click on the magnifying glass to start the scan.

If you get a message asking for validation for SIGCHECK, accept with OK as this is to provide us with a more complete report for a deeper analysis

Let the tool run, it may take quite a long time

At the end of the analysis, click on the camera and save the report on your Desktop.

Close ZHPDiag at the end of the analysis.

To send it to me, click on this link:

    http://www.cijoint.fr/index.php

Click on Browse and find the file C:\Documents and settings\your_session_name\desktop\.ZHPDiag.txt

or directly choose Desktop and ZHPDiag.txt, click on it

    Click on Open.

Click on "Click here to upload the file".

    A link of this form:

    http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj200905/cib7SU.txt

    is added to the page.

Copy this link in your reply.

And if there's a problem, use this one: https://www.cjoint.com/
