Empty database on TV screen

Hello,
I am 64 years old and I cannot install my new TV with built-in TNT. After following the menu: at the end of all the operations, it says "empty database" and everything is stuck.

Thank you Tarascon for your response. I am in a detached house with a satellite dish and I receive the 5 channels in analog in another room.
I have a new Toshiba TV with built-in digital terrestrial television, next to a digital receiver called TNT SAT in the living room. In this room, it’s chaos: everything is new and nothing works, if we follow "the instructions". There is a coaxial cable connecting the receiver to the antenna.
Excuse me, a little help is needed to clarify this story.
