ERROR 138 with Google Chrome!! Help :)

Hello everyone,
I've previously searched through various forums but nobody has an answer to my problem!
Let me explain, I arrive from class, turn on the PC and Google Chrome and then:
Unable to access the network
Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network.

This may be because your firewall or antivirus software mistakenly thinks Google Chrome is an intruder on your computer and is blocking it from connecting to the Internet.
Here are some suggestions:
Try adding Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try removing it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
Error 138 (net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED): Unable to access the network.

So this is what it shows me; if I understood correctly, it would be my antivirus blocking Google Chrome. Anyway, I go to Avira but can't find where to allow the browser! I hope I was clear :/ ... If you understood me could you help me? (and sorry for the mistakes ^^)

Thank you in advance, best regards!

It's not true, the computer can't find any page by doing that.
