Hello,

I would like to subtract several intermediate times:

Subtract 2 minutes 08 seconds 09 hundredths - 1 minute 37 seconds 46 hundredths

Subtract 1 minute 37 seconds 46 hundredths - 1 minute 05 seconds 70 hundredths

and finally 1 minute 05 seconds 70 hundredths - 33 seconds 06 hundredths.

I’m pulling my hair out!!! lol

Thank you for your help :)

A method that works every time: standardize the units before calculating!
For example, we can consider seconds (the SI unit)

    2 minutes 08 seconds 09 hundredths --> 128.09 s 1 minute 37 seconds 46 hundredths --> 97.46 s 128.09 - 97.46 --> 30.63 s 0 minutes 30 seconds 63 hundredths

And no, I have another problem

      Regarding the subtraction:

      1 min 05 sec 70 hundredths - 33 sec 06 hundredths, that's where it gets stuck.

Indeed, the hundredths exceed 60 since they are 70.

I don't know how to do it....

Hundredths go up to 100 (by definition), or more precisely from 0 to 99.
      So 70 hundredths - 6 hundredths = 0.70 seconds - 0.06 seconds = 0.64 seconds = 64 hundredths.
      There is no problem!

Would you still have a few hairs left to tell us what language or software you work with?

      yes a few lol
      I don't work on any software (maybe that's why I can't calculate)
There must be a calculation method that I don't know
      Thank you!

    It should be easier

    Thanks!
