Bonjour,
J'ai un gros, gros problème. Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider je lui en serais très reconnaissant.
Je suis sous Windows 7 et aussitôt après le démarrage mon PC plante. Blue Screen. Je suis actuellement en mode sans échec avec accès réseau et ça a l'air de fonctionner normalement. Mais dès que je redémarre en mode normal, le problème revient immédiatement.

Je dois vous préciser que depuis quelques jours je me battais avec un disque dur de données qui souffre d'un problème d'"erreur E/S" et qui une fois sur deux n'est pas détecté par mon PC. J'ai essayé pas mal de programmes pour tenter résoudre le problème, sans succès. Le dernier logiciel que j'ai installé sur mon PC est Unlocker. Je viens de voir rapidement sur google qu'il y a eu un problème de virus avec ce programme il y a quelques temps. C'est peut-être une piste.
Donc pour résumer, mon problème de base était lié à un disque de données. Et maintenant j'ai un gros problème sur mon disque système qui me fait planter mon PC après 10secondes. Je précise que j'ai débranché l'autre disque dur.

Je viens d'utiliser le programme WhoCrashed et le rapport m'indique la même chose pour chaque crash: ils seraient causés par l'application ntkrnlpa.exe.
Lorsque je regarde les propriétés de ce fichier, j'ai cette description: NT Kernel & System.

je passe par hasard car depuis 2 mois, j'ai sans cesse des écrans bleus tout comme vous avec la même indication. Mon PC étant sous garantie, j'ai déjà réclamé trois fois au service technique ce qui se passait ! On m'a dit de faire une restauration du système, mais c'est toujours pareil ! De guerre lasse, j'ai donné mon PC à un technicien ayant sa petite société ! Il a fait un formatage complet tandis que j'ai réinstallé mes logiciels... mais écran bleu à nouveau ! je viens de découvrir moi-même ce qui n'allait pas : ma mise en place du logiciel Skype !!
Celui-ci ne semblant pas incompatible ; parait-il qu'il faut installer la bonne version, les autres ne fonctionnant pas bien ! Il s'agit du Skype version 5.3.0.116
