Hello,

How do I unsubscribe from this "crazy factory"? Moreover, I am experiencing some harassment: regular follow-ups in my inbox despite quarantining... and today I received a letter at my home!
Finally, it is impossible to unsubscribe from this site. This is not normal.
It's a good lesson for me: from now on, I will be very cautious.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.13

But Nutrinaute has already replied to you.
Send them an email asking to unsubscribe. The address is provided on their website: support@etude-nutrinet-sante.fr
I just wanted to remind you that it is important to participate if we want to help researchers. And it's easy within the framework of the NutriNet-Santé study. You are not obligated to participate and you can withdraw at any time (it's clearly stated on their website www.etude-nutrinet-sante). It is your right, but I want to testify that I find it important and remind you that it is good to support research and it is easy in this study.

The NutriNet-Santé study is not a "pipe dream" but a public research on Nutrition-Health relationships, aimed at leading to ways to reduce the risk of certain diseases in which nutritional factors are involved. It is based on voluntariness. You may unsubscribe at any time. Just write to the study organizers by sending an email to the site:
    support@etude-nutrinet-sante.fr
At no point do the researchers "harass" the participants. They respect the participants in this study even if they do not wish to continue participating.

Many scientific studies (on patients or healthy volunteers, at the population level, or on animal or cellular models) have highlighted the role of nutrition as a protective or risk factor for the most common diseases in France, as well as in all industrialized countries, including cancers, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemias, and hypertension...

Nutrition is not the only determinant of these health issues. Indeed, genetic, biological, and environmental factors play a role in the onset of these diseases. To highlight the specific role of nutritional factors, it is essential to develop "cohort" studies (groups of subjects followed over several years) involving very large populations. Through this type of study, it is possible to precisely measure dietary intakes but also to account for other determinants such as physical activity, weight, smoking, family history... and examine the links with health and disease risk.

Identifying risk or protective factors related to nutrition for diseases that have become significant public health issues today is a crucial step in establishing nutritional recommendations aimed at preventing these diseases and improving the health of populations.
This is the ambitious goal of the NutriNet-Santé study, and this is why researchers need you!
