Hidden menu of LG televisions

as a customer service technician, I support LG's response which preserves the potential "warranty" of the television. Indeed, hidden menus have existed for a long time on TVs, and without technical information from the manufacturer (technical stages for customer service), they can endanger the viability of a television, thus threatening the warranty and the user as well. It's logical; try tinkering with your car and then take it to the garage to see the reception? and the bill.
I am glad that "people from the manufacturers" read the forums as it provides them with a "quality feedback" on their products, through the users' experiences and potentially remedying issues.
Now, the ability to read videos from USB has never been included in the specifications of the TV manufacturers. It is a new desire from users who confuse a television with a computer. They are not the same technology at all, nor the same usage either, even if another Korean brand emphasizes the so-called full compatibility of some of its devices. We see in customer service the inconveniences this causes.
