Hello,

I lost my toolbars, they no longer appear on my screen, I only have my tabs showing. I've searched everywhere to find my toolbars, but nothing works, nothing happens. I don't even have an arrow near the tools key at the top right, and this happens on both Mozilla and Google Chrome. I remember doing a cleanup with "PC astuce" to save space and speed, but I must have done something wrong, so if you know how I can get my toolbars back, thank you in advance. Oh! One small detail, my toolbars are there when I open Explorer.

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.10

I correct one thing, on Google Chrome the toolbars have indeed disappeared. But on Mozilla Firefox, I can't find the "add to bookmarks" option. I went into bookmarks and so on but nothing.

Close all Firefox windows.

Then go to Start, All Programs, Mozilla Firefox and launch Firefox in safe mode.

In the window, check: reset toolbars and controls, click on apply changes and restart.

Thank you, I’ve already done that and no, that’s not it.

CTRL+SHIFT+b to restore the favorites bar...

(toolbars are adware/spyware that we foolishly agree to install when we install third-party programs)

Thank you for this information, a first bar has appeared. That works for me, phew! I can breathe a little better now.
