    Hello,

If you bought it, contact the publisher Namo www.namo.com especially since this software is already in French!!!

    Hello everyone,

    I am on Windows 8

Can an expert in NamoWebEditor 6 Suite tell me why the Namo 6 Suite software won't install on my Windows 8 PC while it installed normally on previous versions like XP, Vista, and Windows 7?

    Thank you for your response,

    Best regards,

    Hello Teutates,
You're mistaken, their site is in English and the software too!

    I maintain:
    - the site is in English (and English is better than Korean, their native language),
    - but there is a French version. You just need to select the correct language:
    http://www.namo.com/store/webeditor.php

Namo WebEditor 6 is the second to last version and it is in French. The latest version is 2006, which is still not in French.

Thanks ;-) No need, I have the 2005 version in French and I'm done waiting for a 2006 French version (little real interest). I will track the release of the 2007 version (a big mystery) hoping they will also Frenchify FreeMotion.

What would be even cooler is a version for GNU/Linux because it's impossible to run it with Wine. Either I'll virtualize it, or finance the support.

      Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue as well; has anyone found the solution to translate Namo?
I tried what you posted earlier, and it doesn't solve the problem.
      Thank you.

    Hello everyone,
I'm currently testing various web editors, and WebEditor Suite 6 is by far the most comprehensive one (I didn't say the simplest... nor the most complicated!).
It allows beginners like me to design complete websites without any knowledge of HTML or PHP, but with the great advantage of not limiting future progress.
    The software is really excellent!
What annoys me, however, is the complete disrespect from WSKA, the French distributor of this software. After 7 days and 4 follow-ups... still no response from them (due to issues).
I find this unacceptable, but the product is so far ahead of the competition compared to others: Cariboost, EasyWebEditor, Thundersite, WebCreator (for the products tested), that I will have to take a risk and go ahead with the purchase anyway.

However, considering the price of the update requested by the company (yet another abuse on their part), which is 75 euros, it's honestly very expensive, so I will wait for the release of version 7 or 2007.

Unless the current offer from Namo (on a foreign site: https://twitter.com/andrewrosener) is soon offered by Europeans: Namo WebEditor + Freemotion for the price of WE, which is $119 for both.

By the way, do you have any news regarding a French version of FreeEditor? (date?)
Where to buy WebEditor Suite 2006 at a good price (French version)?
Any news regarding the Suite 2007 or 7 (French)?

      Hello,

After purchasing version 4 from WSKA, I quickly acquired the following updates directly from https://twitter.com/andrewrosener and had no issues.

Apparently, Namo WebEditor 2007 has not been released (I haven't even seen it in English) and I've never seen a French version of Namo FreeMotion.

I just heard from the current distributing company: Ayanta.fr
The company WSKA is no longer a distributor of these products, hence my unanswered emails!

<<<FreeMotion will be available in France and in French starting next September. It is highly likely that this bundle offer (NamoWebEditor+FreeMotion) will then be proposed.

The next version of Namo Web Editor will be released in the second half of the year.>>>

Otherwise Teutates, if I understand correctly, you bought version 4 and all new versions were sent to you for free ... strange since there is indeed an update in their catalog for 75 euros ... there's something I don't get????

I bought version 4 from WSKA, but I directly purchased the updates (in French, of course) for versions 5 and 6 from Namo.

      I bookmarked your link http://ayanta.fr/ ;-)

      Ahhh! Ok!
But honestly, the update is very expensive!
I'm probably going to wait for the release of version 2007 and the WebEditor + Freemotion offer.
Unless by then I get used to WebExpert!

I will probably wait for the release of version 2007 along with the WebEditor + Freemotion offer.
Like me. For your information, I did not migrate to version 2006; I found the price a bit high for few innovations.

Hello everyone, if you are looking to apply a French patch on Namo WebEditor 6, it is very easy with a few manipulations. First, download and save the trial version of Namo WebEditor 6 in French that you will find at this address: https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche10166-namo-webeditor.html

After that, install your English version of Namo in the directory where it installs itself

Then install Namo French in a folder that you create during installation; I installed it in my documents. Be careful, each must have its own directory, otherwise you will mess everything up

Afterward, open the installation directories that were created and place them side by side. When you right-click on the bin folder, click to open with Explorer; you will have all the dlls, and this is where the serious part begins

1/ In the English version, locate weenu.dll and sis.dll, copy and paste both to your desktop.
2/ In the French version, locate wefra.dll and sis.dll, copy and paste both into your English bin folder.
3/ Close all folders and restart Namo English. Surprise! Everything is translated into French

4/ Since you installed Namo French in Documents, all you have to do is go to that folder, right-click, and delete the old Namo French that is no longer useful. Also delete the dlls on the desktop and go to Programs to delete its entries; be careful to test before deleting because there is both French and English, so test to see which one opens in French; that’s your English transformed. I wish you all a good time

PS: keep the downloaded French program as E.X.E; if there is ever a problem, you could troubleshoot yourself. Magicfusio

      Hello,
I recently transitioned from the trial version of Namo WebEditor 6 to the full version that I purchased "in box" at FNAC.
Since then, I have been experiencing an issue updating my site. A few pages can no longer be transferred to my site while the majority of the pages update normally. Can you help me resolve this issue? Thank you very much.

The post above from our friend MAGICFUSIO seems very interesting for those who have an English version they would like to turn into French. Unfortunately, his French is, to say the least...

So I took the liberty of copying it and putting it into a French that is understandable by the average person.

I should note that I have not tested it. Each person will therefore use it at their own risk:

    "Hello everyone,

Then install Namo French in a folder that you create during the installation. (I installed it in "my documents". Be careful, everyone must have their own directory or you will crash everything!

After that, open the installation directories that they created and put them side by side.

I don't quite understand this issue of searching for a patch for a while since it seems to exist on Namo's site at the following address:

And on top of that, he's bragging about it! ....... pffffeuuuuuuuu!!!!!! Disheartening! But oh well!

Personally, I am eagerly awaiting the French version of Webeditor 8, of which the English version has been released.
    http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich 7041976 namo webeditor 8 est arrive

..... and I will buy it:

    - because it’s worth it (especially compared to heavyweights knowing that some crackers only use 20% of it (I know some ... alas)
    - out of respect for the developers
    - because generally those who buy it do so not because others have it and do the same, but often because they have checked in advance if the product suits them, which is much more objective (choice and reviews) about the product than others (others said that, so it is!).
I recently noticed this again with my new email client (paid) The bath.

    Best regards

    Nothing to say?????

1, I don't think I insulted you, while you ... yes! Besides, in a kindergarten language! (sorry, I'm just stating the facts!)

Moreover, if you reread my post, I noted at the end that my comments were made in a cordial tone! .... you know, like: "cordially"!

2, I tried to be constructive and backed up my remarks without aggression, (while you ????), just to express my surprise at the way software is used, as I doubt that the others you use are used in complete honesty).
For your information, software that can be used without a license (without a paid counterpart :-) ) is referred to as: free, freeware, open-source,

If you reread me from the beginning, I think I've tried to move the discussion forward, while rereading you, I see that your contributions have not been of great help to anyone but yourself!
... but well ..... as I said at the beginning, it's sad to get to this point .... and I will not debate further.

I'll just remind you (and to conclude) of the charter in force regarding the two points you do not respect (in three messages):

Are thus notably prohibited (non-exhaustively) and may be sanctioned criminally: Discussions concerning the copying of commercial software for purposes other than a backup copy under the conditions set forth by the Intellectual Property Code.

    and again:
Users are also asked to be careful when writing their messages, avoiding abbreviations (SMS style) as much as possible, and checking spelling. A message written in abbreviated language or difficult to read due to the number of spelling mistakes is likely to be deleted in order to ensure the quality of reading in exchanges.

    I don't know, but it's for sure!
But not for everyone, because some might not have the real license,
for example, I have the cracked version, oh yes.
