connecting Freebox to new socket Solved

Question

Hello,

I have a little problem; I can't connect my Freebox to my new wall socket! If I connect it as Free instructs me, I have neither internet nor phone.
If I connect it weirdly the way I did --->
the phone adapter provided by Free in the ADSL slot has the black filter on top, and my landline phone is on it. The other end of the black filter goes into the phone socket.
Now I have internet but no landline ...
Could someone help me by explaining correctly? Well, with words that are easy to understand? I looked at other discussions but I don't understand much about gigogne, RJ45, or RJ11 ...

A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU!!!!!!
I finally managed to connect the Freebox!!! And the landline works!!!!
So for those who have the same problem!
In the new phone socket, connect the ADSL filter from Free.
To that, connect a splitter linked to the box.
And then connect the telephone filter in the reserved slot, and on that, the telephone cable!
I still spent a good hour connecting and disconnecting everything to find the right connection! Yet it seems so simple!

Thank you, but that's not what I need! It's the latest plugs! I don't know if I need an adapter or not... This is for the old plugs. So that doesn't solve my problem! But thank you for your response.

Have you kept the analog line with France Telecom? partial unbundling

If not (total unbundling), you should only connect the box to one socket and nothing else, the phone connects to the box

No, I didn't keep the FT line, I'm fully unbundled.
And I don't have the T socket but the small plug that is in the wall.
I bought a piggyback socket to make an adapter, I plugged the black box into the small wall outlet, then I inserted the adapter into the T socket of the black box, the adapter connected to the box, and I put the phone on the adapter that Free sent me, all of this in the designated phone slot, and in this case, nothing works! Neither internet nor landline!

I don’t really understand what you’re telling me.
What I would have done:
1- I would have plugged the small connector directly into the wall and connected this cable directly to the ADSL of the box
2- On the box, at the phone port, I would plug in the cable with the T-jack
you received from Free and your phone.

If you have other phone sockets, nothing should be connected to them

Here’s a diagram and you should not consider the France Telecom phone and filter if you have a small connector, or you should connect as explained in this diagram with a T-jack

Normally, I think this is the correct connection

If I understood correctly because I have the same problem at home and it drives me crazy!!
So I plug the ADSL filter into the small wall socket (RJ11), on the T of the ADSL filter I plug the adapter that used to be the wall socket for the phone with an RJ11 output that I connect to the xDSL of the box, and on this adapter I connect the phone socket that is linked to the base of my (cordless) phone.
Is that right??

Hello, our Freebox is properly connected, but the internet and phone connection only work from the living room socket. If I plug the Freebox into another room (office), it searches for the network in vain. Our electrician and France Telecom confirmed that all the sockets work; could there be an issue related to Free?
