Hello..
There's no doubt about it... All the websites 'selling' Moncler 'online' are counterfeiters.. There are various options:

1- The down jacket arrives but the size and quality are not correct
2- The money is taken but nothing is sent..
3- Money taken, item sent but held up in customs.. At best, destruction, at worst, a summons to customs to pay a fine (Without recovering the down jacket which will end up in the super-grinder..).
In the end, an excellent deal!

It's true, a fabulous scam even when paying with PayPal.
To avoid and flee from (I got caught) the site mc.moncler.com, impossible to cancel and impossible to return the package, the site is rigged and the merchant is dishonest.

I placed an order on this site a few days ago, exactly on January 3, 2011, and this morning I just received my down jacket via Chronopost from France. All the paperwork is included, the certilogo number, the invoice, the booklet... Honestly, it has no defects, the size is perfect, to specify, I ordered a Black Branson. I compared it with my friend's Branson that he bought in a store, and it is the same. So I recommend this site www.Marquepascher.fr

It would be surprising if this site was based in France.. The .fr is absolutely not a guarantee!! I have email addresses in .fr while being outside France! Furthermore, there is nowhere indicated an address or a LANDLINE phone number or even the RCS or SIRET identifying the company!!
To me, this is an offshore site (Probably China..). Read a bit about what they say about Moncler on this Forum..
It's up to you... Buying cheap goods of highly uncertain origin can end up being expensive in the end! If you ever receive your down jacket, let us know what you think..

Thank you, but according to my research the site I provided is based in Paris, so I think the merchandise has already crossed the border and therefore customs. I suspect it will be counterfeit, but nowadays there are counterfeits that are just as well-made as the real ones, just less durable. However, I plan to wear it for only 2 winters at most, and given my young age of 15, I can't buy it in a store in Paris because it costs a fortune.

Hello, all the sites are fake, only the website http://www.moncler.com/ belongs to the brand, it's the brand itself that confirms it to me. I bought a black Branson down jacket for Christmas for my 4-year-old son, and upon receiving it after 27 euros in taxes + customs, it doesn't fit, so I contact the seller for an exchange... no response... I follow up... still nothing. The seller (in China) is ghosting me, so I can't exchange or get refunded. I put the down jacket up for sale on eBay, and eBay removes my listing on the grounds that the brand identified a counterfeit product. I initiated a dispute and then a claim on PayPal, PayPal declines responsibility stating "they are not responsible for the content", the Moncler brand regrets my situation but can’t do anything, eBay "understands my frustration but prohibits me from relisting the item", the seller remains silent and the DGCCRF (fraud prevention) eventually directs me to customs but with little hope. In the end, no one feels responsible, and I find myself with a brand new size 4 years down jacket, with tags everywhere marked "Moncler", purchased from a site "Moncler-men-women-children"... how could one suspect that they are counterfeits??? If someone knows what I can do with this down jacket, I am very interested in the info!!! So goodbye to the bling-bling Moncler brand, I’m returning to my TRUE classic favorite brand which is so chic, my son has a beautiful chic and warm down jacket that matches perfectly with the rest of his wardrobe!

after reading all this information, I am shocked. Indeed, I placed an order on doudounes-moncler-hommes on Friday, January 28, 2011. My account was charged this morning, but what surprised me is that I have not received a confirmation email for my order, and when I log on to the site, it tells me that I have not placed any order... the payment address is nothingpp007@yahoo.com.cn, so be cautious for those who are tempted to purchase, and can you tell me if any of you know this site and if I can still have hope
