Plantage et Freeze mac book pro 15"Fermé

Question

Bonjour, J'ai un problème récurrent d'écran gris avec mon mac pro 15" ces dernier temps, Il lui arrive plusieurs fois par jour de planter subitement ou bien de m'afficher cet horrible écran gris. Bonjour,

Je te conseille plutôt de réinstaller proprement ton système Mac OS X en formattant le disque dur et en réinstallant depuis les CD/DVD les applications qui te sont indispensables. Installe l'ancien disque dur dans un boitier externe. Ainsi tu auras accès à tes données en connectant ce disque externe à ton Mac.
Phase de test: Travaille ainsi pendant un ou deux jours.
Puis si tu n'as pas de nouveau plantage, alors utilise l'Assistant Migration pour importer tes anciennes données. Je te déconseille de récupérer tes applications via l'assistant migration car si l'une d'entre elles provoque tes plantages, alors tu vas la récupérer sans pouvoir l'identifier. 

Si des plantages apparaissent malgré tout pendant la phase de test, alors on peut en déduire que ton Mac a un problème plutôt hardware (mémoire ?). Il est temps alors de ressortir tes CD/DVD Mac OS X gris clair livrés avec le Mac afin de lancer l'outil Apple Hardware Test (AHT). Le mode d''emploi est écrit sur l'étiquette du CD/DVD (style démarrage du Mac avec appui de la touche D en permanence)
