j'ai le forfait liberty sim 5h sms illimité + internet illimité...je n'ai pas consommé tout mon credit et pourtant j'ai 12€ de hors forfait je ne comprend pas...pour info j'ai un iphone...comment se fait il qu'en ayant internet illimité sms et encore du credit on me facture un hors forfait?
