Unable to type my WEP key

Hello,

I have an Orange livebox and I can't connect to it via Wi-Fi (everything works fine wired).
When I try to connect, at the moment of entering the security key, I can only type numbers and not letters, so I can't enter the WEP key that contains letters...
Is it the Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless program that I am using that works differently?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Goodbye

    Hello,

Type your key in the notepad and copy-paste it... But it's strange that he refuses the letters !!

I encounter the same issue, and even when typing the code in Notepad and copying and pasting, the only recognized letters are A, E, and D.

the strangest thing is that it accepts it as a WEP key but cannot connect to it, the message "The connection to this access point failed" appears.

I solved the problem: it wasn't the WEP key code but the Livebox reference n_n' so it's normal that the only letters I could enter were AEDF ^^

Now the problem is that even after synchronizing the Livebox and turning it on and off, my computer still can't connect while our other laptops with built-in Wi-Fi can connect without any issues.
