Hello Hello!
I have a list that looks like this:
(123-edf) BLABLABLA (Abc-def)
(xyzeed) BLABLABLA (enhdk-s)
.......
And I want to delete everything to keep only the BLABLABLA
Is it possible to do this without using Word?
I don’t have the Microsoft Office suite.
If not, tell me how to do it on Word and I will manage to do it on another computer.
Thank you, best regards and have a good day everyone ;)
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.12

Hello,
Open Office is surely great, but saying it is one thing, providing the solution with Writer is better...
Personally, I don’t know how to do it with Open Office and I don’t even know if it’s possible, so here’s the solution with Word:
Display the “Find and Replace” dialog box (this depends on the version)
Click on the More button to expand the box and check the “Use wildcards” option.
Find: \(*\)
Replace with nothing

- “On the office forum, we ask questions about office tools...”
- “Really???”

I must have misunderstood his problem.
Can someone take my list and try to do it for me?
My trial period for Word has ended and I haven't downloaded Open Office yet, which I plan to do...
Thanks in advance to the volunteer
Thank you for your responses
And thanks to Marina, the "lucky Luke" of search/replace in Word :)
