can you tell me how to change unresolved to resolved and ongoing discussion to discussion ended?

    You must have a yellow frame at the top of the discussion. And that's where you can change your discussion to resolved.

    when you write your last message in the discussion to mention that your problem is resolved, you will see at the bottom of your message, before “Add,” a checkbox: Resolved
