Block all xxx sites

Hello,
I would like to know how to block access to all porn sites besides using parental controls and also without having to enter a password like you have to do in Internet Options. I don't want my brother to suspect that I am the one who blocked them because he knows how to bypass the system... Thank you for helping me, I am tired of getting lots of viruses on my computer!!!!!

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

    Well, just lock your computer with a password...

      I admit my expression may be confusing!!! But my computer is often infected by viruses from porn sites. I don't want to set passwords because my brother often needs it for his work and I'm not around much, so he should be able to access the internet at all times but not on xxx sites. And in the internet options, even if I set up access control, I still have to enter a password every time I open a page, so I don't want passwords; my computer needs to remain available, just not the porn sites.
