Bonjour,

je ne peux plus travailler sur mon ordi sauf si je fait:
demarrer
executer
et la je tape:
%userprofile%\bureau
la je peus naviguer sur mon bureau et si je ne fait pas sa je ne peus rien faire.
j'ai l'impression que le virus mange mon ordi petit a petit.
que dois-je faire svp
aider moi
je vous remerci d'avance.

C'est à dire, il te reste des problèmes encore ?

Si non pour faire une restauration, Démarrer => Programmes => Accessoires => Outils système => Restauration Système.

bonjour, ben tu as de la chance moi vraiment campagne, sinon depuis que tous refonctionne il y a toujours un virus qui essi de rentrer noton et alvira le bloque le nom c'est: Bloodhound maLRE si tu sais se que c'est dés fois merci te souhaite une bonne journée

Bonjour : Fais une analyse Malwarebytes:

Télécharges Malwarebyte's ici :

Fermes tous les navigateurs et ouvres Malwarebyte's en double-cliquant sur l'icône :

1) Clique sur Mise à jour / Rechercher mises à jour (attendre qu'il termine la mise à jour)

2) Clique sur Recherche / Exécuter un examen complet (l'analyse démarre)

3) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : l'examen s'est terminé normalement..... Clique sur Afficher les résultats pour afficher les éventuels objets trouvés

4) Si des objets ont été trouvés, sélectionne tout (possible que ça soit déjà coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection. Ceci détruira les nuisibles trouvés et Malwarebyte's va mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

5) Copie-colle le rapport de l'analyse ici (que tu trouves dans le bloc-notes que Malwarebyte's a ouvert).

Si Malwarebyte's te demande de redémarrer, fais-le à la fin. S'il n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira.

Suis bien la procédure a la lettre fait un examen COMPLET. Et reposte le résultat, déjà que là, c'est assez énorme.

Et pour les éléments qui n'ont pas pu être supprimés, il le seront au redémarrage du PC.

Ensuite ce que tu peux faire :

Télécharges Ad-Remover sur ton bureau :
http://www.teamxscript.org/adremoverTelechargement.html

* Double-cliques sur l'icône AD-Remover.
* Au menu principal, cliques sur "Nettoyer" et confirmes par « oui ».
* Laisses l'outil travailler.
* Un rapport apparait à la fin (sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-CLEAN.txt).

Fais-moi un copier-coller du rapport ici.

Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presses Ctrl+Alt+ Suppr, puis dans le gestionnaire des tâches cliques sur l'onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" puis tapes explorer et valides, ton bureau va réapparaître.

Maintenant :

Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier:

C:\Windows\Explorer.exe

Clique sur send file

Un rappoort va s'élaborer ligne à ligne

Attends un peu, il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé

Une fois le rapport complet, copie et colle le lien du rapport sur ton prochain mesage.

recommencé voilà se qu'il me dit :Erreur du serveur!

Le serveur a èté victime d'une erreur interne et n'a pas été capable de faire aboutir votre requête. Soit le server est surchargé soit il s'agit d'une erreur dans le script CGI.

Si vous pensez qu'il s'agit d'une erreur du serveur, veuillez contacter le, je desespère

Mais de rien, le forum est là pour çà ;)

Bon avec les deux antivirus, tente un scan de explorer.exe, que tu trouvera au même endroit que dit au dessus, et dit moi le résultat.

Ce que je peux te conseiller, c'est de faire une restauration système.

Tu démarre en mode sans échec ( Appuiyer sur F8 avant le chargement Windows ( Le logo avec la barre bleue ) et dans le menu choisir démarrer en mode sans échec. ) Ensuite il va charger les fichier, ne toucher a rien jusqu'au démarrage.

Au choix des sessions choisir Administrateur si c'est proposé. Une fois entré dans la session il va y avoir un message disant que l'utilisateur est en mode sans échec et il va te proposer de restaurer. Fait le, et choisis une date d'avant l'apparition du problème voir un peu avant encore.

Il va restaurer et si tout se passe bien, il va redémarrer et Windows fonctionnera normalement.

bonjour, fait se que tu m'as dit apparemment tout fonctionne, mais je n'ose pas travailler avec mes clés car j'ai beaucoup de doc que je ne voudrai pas perdre je te remercie beaucoup je ne peux te donner mon adresse dommage te souhaite de bonne fête de fin d'année
