Uninstall Izarc

Hello,
I am trying to uninstall the Izarc software, but when I want to delete it, I am told that it cannot be removed! How can I get rid of it?

    Go to: C:\Program Files\IZArc and delete the folder.

    Good evening,

    To completely uninstall, you should proceed as follows:

    1) in Add/Remove Programs (if present)

    2) through Windows automatic search on the entire C drive in safe mode by typing the name of the program to uninstall and deleting the lines it finds.

    3) in the registry (*make a backup) and still in safe mode (Start/Run, type regedit)
    and check under these 2 keys:
    ..." HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE "...
    ..." HKEY_CURRENT_USERS /Software "
    and delete the program to uninstall (right click on the line and delete)

    4) still in the same registry window:
    click on Edit/Search at the top and type the name of the program to uninstall and confirm. Wait a moment, it searches, then only delete the selected lines it outputs. Repeat the operation until it says "the search is complete".

    * make a backup of the registry beforehand: right-click "Computer/then 'Export'", give a name to the file and save it on the PC with the .reg extension)

    restart your PC.
