PC ne s'allume plus

Bonjour,

je n'arrive pas à ouvrir mon pc, il redémarre toujours.

au début il y a une page avec écrit American Megatrends ... etc, ensuite ça redémarre tout le temps, et si j'appuie sur f8, que je choisis n'importe quel possibilité, il y a soit :

1: Microsoft Windows Recovery Console

2 : do not select this [ debugger enabled ]

3 : Microsoft Windows XP proffessionel.

Et si je choisie le :

1 : ça me met : The Recovery console provides system repair and recovery fonctionality.
Type EXIT to quit the recovery console and restart the computer.
1: C:\WINDOWS
which Windows installation would you like tu log onto
< to cancel, press ENTER > ?

Ensuite si j'appuie sur 1 et ENTER, ça me met plus bas : C:\WINDOWS, et rien d'autre.

2 : il se passe rien

3 : Windows could not start becausse the following file is missing or corrupt :

\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

you cane attempt to repair this file by starting Windows setup using the original setup
CD-ROM.

select ''r'' at the first screen to restart repair.

Voilà donc pourquoi est-ce que ça fait ça, et comment faire pour qu'il puisse s'allumer?

( j'ai Windows XP )
