Hello,
I have a problem with someone from ACTIVISION support and my nfo files.
Indeed, the support guy needs an nfo to know what program is running on my PC. However, every NFO I create is corrupted. How is that possible?
Configuration: Windows 7 X64
Intel Pentium D945
ATI HD4850

An NFO file is a text file, meaning it is a simple file containing text in ASCII format. Such a file typically accompanies downloadable files to provide additional information about the installation or use of the software.
It is therefore impossible for it to be corrupted!
To open it, simply use Notepad or a traditional text editor.

Well, it's been a while since I logged in, so I'm replying to you.
I was trying to create an NFO and read it with the Windows NFO viewer. And it was that one that refused to open the file.
I know we can open an NFO with Notepad.
However, it was an NFO to send to technical support, and the idiot I had on the line refused to open it with Notepad.
Anyway, I've fixed my problem since then.
