Pb de gravure

Bonjour,
J'espere que vous pourrez m'aider, depuis peu mon graveur ne veux plus fonctionner et me repond qu'il ne peut pas effectuer la fonction disc at once.
je ne comprend rien. si cela peut vous aider voici le rapport qu'il m'envoie
