Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to get Celebi without a Nintendo event or Action Replay in Pokémon OR DS

    To obtain Celebi, you need to have the GS Ball, which is located in the Alpha Ruins with the scientists. After that, you need to go to Ecruteak City and see the ball maker (Fargas), and then go to the altar in the woods, press A, and Celebi will appear.
