a bit of an off-topic response but actually on the same subject.
When you think you are deleting a file, you are not actually deleting it. You are only removing access.
And so, with software made for this, not James Bond-style, which we can buy freely, you just need to restore access and all the "deleted" data is recoverable.
The only solution, if you are paranoid enough to take the time, is to use software derived from the work of the US Army (thanks to this great provider of progress) like Eraser, which rewrites many times in the same location and ultimately destroys your file.

Good evening, do you still not have anything easier to review the keys typed a week ago at most on a PC? It would be very useful for me to prove my good faith on a job done but surely sabotaged later by a colleague (I'm furious, really).

Well, it depends.

When you close the application, it asks you if you want to save your work... did you do it?

If it's in Word, there is an auto-save feature (to configure/enable).

So start by checking with the "Search" function if you can find your items.
