Bonjour,

depuis hier soir, j'ai ces 2 logiciels sur mon pc et je n'arrive pas à les enlever. J'ai essayé plusieurs de vos astuces postées sur les autres forum mais rien à faire.
Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider????

je ne sais pas pour quelle raison tu ne redemarres pas ton pc en mode normal !

* Lance ZHPFix (soit via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, soit via ZHPDiag en cliquant sur l'écusson vert)
Clique sur l'icone représentant la lettre H (« coller les lignes Helper »)
Copie/colle les lignes suivantes en gras et place les dans ZHPFix :

tu as oublié de copier le crochet !


* Lance ZHPFix (soit via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, soit via ZHPDiag en cliquant sur l'écusson vert)

essaie de redemarrer ton pc en mode normal,

repasse un autre zhprdiag,

* Clique sur l'icône représentant une loupe (« Lancer le diagnostic »)
* Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette
* Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur Cijoint, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum :

Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul McLain et Fred de Vries.

http://raproducts.org/click/click.php?id=1

* Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout).
* Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa.
* Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher).

* Choisis Français puis clique sur Select.
* Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour.
* Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher.
* Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes.
* L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions.
* Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et clique ensuite sur OK, puis une deuxième fois sur OK.
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Ferme l'application.

Note : le rapport se trouve aussi dans C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log.

Mets le dans un dossier, sur ton bureau par exemple.
Lance Zebrestore et coche la/les case(s) suivante(s) :

RegEdit
Clés RUN
Bouton Arrêter
Gestionnaire des tâches
Panneau de configuration

Bureau
Réparation IE
Sites de confiance et sensibles
Préfixes et Protocoles Internet
Ajout/Suppression de programmes

Policies
Fichier Hosts
Windows Update
Extension des fichiers
Restauration du système


Ne coche que la/les case(s) indiquée(s).
Clique sur le bouton <Restaurer>.
Quitte le programme.


redemarre ton pc et essaie de le lancer en mode normal,
sinon, je ne te cache pas qu'il faut peut être lancer une réparation de ton système avec un cd de xp !

je n'arrive pas a voir les cases a cochés sur zeb restore. le logiciel s'ouvre mais il n'apparait que les carres à cocher sans qu'on sache à quoi ça correspond

lance le avec les paramètre pa défaut, on verra après un redemarrage, si tu arrives à te connecter en mode normal :-)

En fait , quand Lyonnais 92 m'a parlé de msconfig , je me suis souvenu que je n'étais pas en mode demarrage normal.

Donc , j'ai fais:

Démarrer .executer ( msconfig) et j'ai relancé en mode démarrage normale.

J'ai ensuite redémarrer le pc et là nikel , tout est ok.

Je tiens à remrcier beaucoup Electricien 69 pour ces compétence et sa patience ainsi que Lyonnais 92 pour son intervention furtive mais efficace!!!

Merci encore pour tout!

Ce site aura donc toute mon attention dès maintenant.

ce n'est pas términé :-)

on a fait une partie de désinfection, mais en mode sans echec, je veux un rapport de zhpdiag en mode normal avec tous les services :-)

est ce un pc de boulot ou perso?

connectes tu via un système du genre internet ?


désinstalle java 6 uploade 14 depuis l'ajout suppression de programmes

boulot la semaine et perso le week-end!!

En fait je me connect directement sur ma live box chez mais par contre en semaine j'ai effectivement une connexion interne du boulot mias pour ma messagerie et autre ( lotus pour info).

Et j'ai donc un anti-virus interne qui s'appel bigfix.

après explique si tu veux d'autres infos.
