Bonsoir,

Je viens vous consulter car je soupçonne mon pc d'être infecter par un virus. Je me débrouille sur pc mais pas au point de pouvoir être sur que rien ne cloche car il m'arrive un truc assez bizarre.
Je vous explique mon souci, hier soir windows update ma proposé une MAJ pour la suite Windows live, j'ai donc accepté, je me retrouve avec Windows live 2011 donc jusque là pas de souci, mais ce soir à 20h alors que j'apparaissais hors ligne pour tout mes contacts j'ai une personne que je n'ai pas dans mes contacts qui viens me dire "HOLA". Je suis certaine de ne pas avoir ce contact dans mon msn j'ai bien vérifié. DU coup je me demande comment c'est possible si ce n'est un virus ?? L'adresse qui tente de me contacter est princessmagodi@hotmail.com et il apparait hors ligne chez moi lorsque le message s'affiche. Depuis 20h ça me la fait 2 fois déjà, je m'inquiètes.
Quelqu'un peut il me guider et me venir en aide s'il vous plait ?

SVP quelqu'un peut il m'aider, j'ai déjà fait un scan avec malwarebytes qui m'a trouvé plusieurs virus apparemment, je les ai effacés mais je suis pas sure d'avoir fait ce qu'il faut j'ai juste faite ce scan + 1 avec avast qui lui n'a rien trouvé.

Voilà le rapport généré hier soir par Malwarebytes, j'ai des fichiers en quarantaine, mais je refait un scan là en ce moment car je n'avais pas mis le logiciel à jour lors du premier,

SVP aidez moi je ne sais absolument pas comment interpréter toutes ces lignes et infos.

ok lol ^^

DESACTIVE TON ANTIVIRUS ET TON PAREFEU SI PRESENTS !!!!! (car l'outil est detecté a tort comme infection contenant un module qui sert à arrêter des processus , et un autre servant à prendre des droits dans le registre pour effectuer des suppressions)

▶ Télécharge ici :List_Kill'em

et enregistre le sur ton bureau

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."

sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

Laisse coché :

♦ Executer List_Kill'em

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

Il commencera par telecharger et installer ses mises à jour , puis te donnera son menu

choisis l'option Search

▶ laisse travailler l'outil

il se peut qu'une boite de dialogue s'ouvre , dans ce cas clique sur "ok" ou "Agree"

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal ,c'est une recherche supplementaire de fichiers cachés , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

▶ Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"

▶▶▶ NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM

Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/

▶ Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier C:\List'em.txt

▶ Clique sur Ouvrir.

▶ Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Un lien de cette forme :

est ajouté dans la page.

▶ Copie ce lien dans ta réponse.

▶ Fais de même avec more.txt qui se trouve sur ton bureau

ok la recherche est en cours par contre, quand j'ai cliquer sur search, Windows defender me l'a trouvé comme logiciel dangereux avec trojan, je n'ai fais aucune action pour le bloquer et je continues la recherche, j'ai bien fait ??

▶ Relance List_Kill'em,avec le raccourci sur ton bureau.

mais cette fois-ci :

▶ choisis l'Option Clean

laisse travailler l'outil.

en fin de scan la fenetre se ferme , et tu as un rapport du nom de Kill'em.txt sur ton bureau ,

▶ colle le contenu dans ta reponse

Je suis en train de faire la manip mais j'ai un truc qui ma demandé acces a l'ordi SID.exe un truc du genre et jai mis non et là l'encandré de List Kill'em est devenu tout rouge en fond, mais continues de travailler on dirais

Le scan vient de se finir à l'instant mais je n'ai pas de rapport Kill'em.txt, je trouve nul part ni dans le bureau ni ailleurs, comment fait on dans ce cas ??

Non j'ai fait une recherche rien, même là. En fait au début du scan ya eu un message tout en anglais me disant en gros sauvegarde impossible si je cliquer sur yes le message revenait mais avec un nom de fichier ou une variante différente, je ne sais pas quoi exactement, j'ai mis no pour pouvoir continuer le test en fait, désolé j'ai peut être fait une bétise là.

Bon je viens de finir une 2eme tentative et pareil aucun rapport, à la fin sur l'écran du logiciel j'ai eu le temps d'apercevoir des lignes avec "accés refusé"

Le message d'erreur lui apparait en début de processus, cela me dit : Erreur lors de la sauvegarde du fichier C:\kill'em\Save\BCD! . Continuer avec le fichier suivant ?
[RegCreateKeyEx : 5 - Accés refusé]

Ensuite en faisant yes successivement j'avais le meme message mais avec des nom de fichiers différents à la place de BCD!, genre, System !, Software !, Default ! ect...

Du coup comment je fais je ne suis pas en mesure de vous fournir ce rapport désolé.

Non j'ai ouvert ce sujet sur l'autre site ce matin car ici personne ne m'avais repondu depuis hier soir et tu m'a repondu dans l'aprem du coup j'ai dit à l'autre personne sur mon sujet qui m'a repondu aprés toi ici justement que j'etais en contact avec une autre personne et donc en gros que je pensais qu'il n'etait pas bon de suivre une procedure ici et là bas. La personne ma demandé le lien de notre discussion d'ailleurs.

Destrio5 m'en a fait part :)

Télécharge ici :OTL

▶ enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."

sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

▶ Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

▶ Coche la case devant tous les utilisateurs

▶ règle age du fichier sur "60 jours"

▶ dans la moitié gauche , mets tout sur "tous"

ne modifie pas ceci :

"fichiers créés" et "fichiers Modifiés"

▶Clic sur Analyse.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)

▶▶▶ NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM

Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/

▶ Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.

▶ Clique sur Ouvrir.

▶ Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

juste au niveau du bouton , en fin de chargement du fichier , Un lien de cette forme apparaitra :

▶ Clique sur "Correction" pour lancer la suppression.

▶ Poste le rapport qui logiquement s'ouvrira tout seul en fin de travail appres le redemarrage.

▶ Télécharge ici : Ad-remover sur ton bureau :

▶ Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."

▶ sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .

▶ clique le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

▶ Au menu principal choisis "option Nettoyer" et tape sur [entrée] .

▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

▶ Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

▶ Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
