Bonjour,

Mon msn ne marche plus car il me manque le fichier "wldlog.dll" où pourai je le trouver svp
merci d'avance de vos réponse

    Si je comprends bien ton problème est résolu suite à une restauration ?
    Si c'est le cas. c'est parfait, mais désinstalles quand-même les barres d'outil !

    Peux-tu me faire une liste de ton installation :

    Télécharges HijackThis et installe-le.
    https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/ ijackthis

    Une fois installé, tu cliques sur -> Open the misc tools sections -> open Uninstall manager -> et à droite sur "Save list" -> Enregistre le fichier dans un dossier et fais-en un copier-coller ici.

    Je ne vois pas grand chose, j'ai quelques doutes sur 2-3 trucs :

    Désinstalles ceci :

    DVD VideoSoft Toolbar
    DVD VideoSoftTB Toolbar
    ma-config.com (quitte à réinstaller après)

    1) dans Ajout/Suppression programmes (s'il y est)
    2) via la recherche automatique Windows sur tout le disque C (en mode sans échec) en tapant le nom du programme à désinstaller et supprimer ce qu'il trouve.
    3) dans la base de registre et toujours en mode sans échec (Démarrer/Exécuter, taper regedit), voir sous ces 2 clés :
    ..." HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE "...
    ..." HKEY_CURRENT_USERS /Software "
    et supprimer le nom du programme à désinstaller

    4) toujours dans la même fenêtre du registre :
    cliquer en haut sur Edition/Rechercher et taper le nom du programme à dlsinstaller et valider.
    Attende un instant, il cherche, puis supprimer uniquement les lignes sélectionnées qu'il sort. Répéter l'opération jusqu'à ce qu'il dit que la recherche est terminée.

    Puis mets tous les programmes de ton PC à jour (Java, VLC Player et autre) avec cet outil : https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/9908-filehippo-app-manager-vos-logiciels-sont-ils-a-jour
