Good evening,
I discovered this site a few weeks ago. Listing items for sale is free and the commission on sales is 2% (capped at 29.99 euros).
Who knows this site and uses it to sell or buy?
Thank you in advance for your comments and experiences regarding it.
Bye

Hello ASATEM,
We are sorry to hear that our site is not displaying properly on your tablet.
The Archine site has been fully compatible with all screen formats and resolutions for 10 months now (since September 29, 2015); it is "responsive design." If this is not the case on your device, please feel free to send us a screenshot along with the version of your internet browser and operating system. We are quite troubled that you cannot fully enjoy our platform, as it underwent a complete redesign in September/October 2015 and numerous tests were conducted for compatibility with screen sizes.
As for the commission, we do not intend to reinstate it, in order to provide you with a completely free site (except for a few options). That said, this does not prevent us from evolving the site every year, both in terms of features and programming. We allocate an annual budget of several thousand euros to develop and host the site. Advertising brings in almost nothing each month (but it's still something), so the financing is entirely made with private and personal funds.
We hope to see your shop (whether free or paid) filled with new items soon, and we wish to remind you as we have the opportunity here that the Archine site is entirely FREE!
We remain at your service and disposal.

I signed up on this site a year ago. It was still new at that time and has evolved a lot since.
I made a few sales and purchases and everything went very well. The system is simple and in case of a problem, just ask on the forum and you get a quick response.
I therefore recommend it as it deserves to grow even more. -
Here is a site that is constantly evolving, well-designed, easy to access, in short, a joy of a site. Unfortunately, there aren't enough articles (less than 45,000) and very few registered users (less than 700). The worst I could wish for it is to have more traffic and to be better known; it deserves it!

Hello. I just discovered this sales website. It is very well designed, simple, and fast. It has the same essential functions as the most well-known sites. It's a pity that the site doesn't accept Skrill. I have been using this account to pay my fees on another site for over 10 years and I have never had a problem. If Archine had accepted Skrill, I would have contributed to the operating costs... Have a nice day everyone...

Hello Jeanne-Hachette,
We are glad that the website structure suits you.. Regarding Skrill, it is available on your seller account, for that go to -> "My Account > Account Settings" to configure it and be able to receive payments from your future buyers via this online payment gateway.
On our side, we have chosen to keep only one online payment method, which is PayPal, for several reasons. PayPal is the most used by our users, it is more convenient for us for management and it also allows using a payment card without needing to have a PayPal account.
If you decide, for example, to take the "User Verification" option, you can do so by selecting PayPal, then once on their site, select Pay without opening an account, you will then be able to use your Bank Card, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Aurore, etc..
We wish you a pleasant day.

Very positive. I buy and sell on this site, which deserves to be better known.
The fees and commission are very, very reasonable, and there is starting to be more choice in the offers. But the giant sites are real magnets (even though they are often a deceptive mirror), and for good reason, they have the means...
So, it's tough for small sites like Archine, which is nonetheless of high quality. -
Hello,
For some time now, the Archine site has not received any commissions on sales, and the price for the store is now €9.99 per year. The store is not mandatory, but I think it's a good way to contribute to the costs of the site, which is completely free.

Hello,
I just discovered this site, it's nice.
The competition is tough in this segment and the heavyweights
don't leave much ground for small structures like archine.com
To be tested, plus it's completely free, even the shops and no advertising.
Maybe see you soon around a category, in the champagne capsules, vinyl records, or Playmobil.
See you later!

Hello.
No, unless I'm mistaken, there are no commissions reinstated on sales. This site deserves to be known, but unfortunately it is struggling to take off. I have been using Archine.com for 6 months to sell my costume jewelry, but to date I have made no sales. And when I look at the sales of other sellers, it's the same or almost the same, except for very rare exceptions.
This may also be due to the advertising displayed on the site, certainly to cover its operating costs.
When you search for an item, you are shown ads offering the same product on other sites. So when customers click, they leave Archine.com, risking ordering elsewhere on another competing auction and second-hand site. I've never understood this logic from Archine.com.
It's like shooting oneself in the foot.
I sell the same products on Ebay, increasing my prices by 7% due to commission fees, and even so, I manage to make several sales monthly while I have stagnated at zero on Archine.com for 6 months.
It is certainly a good site, but it's a shame that this site is better known to sellers than to potential customers. Let's hope that changes in 2017.-
Hello.
I recently signed up on Archine. I'm on another site that is heavily declining. Archine is the best site I've visited and tested among a dozen others. I've started promoting it to many of my buyers to raise awareness of this site. I'm also advertising online and will promote it at collectors' fairs and markets where I sell. Hoping that word of mouth will spread quickly.
Best regards

It's a pity that the site is a bit outdated. Although I have articles for sale on archine.com, it must be acknowledged that it is unfortunately no longer attractive.
Unfortunately, it hasn't evolved and is not compatible with phones and tablets.
Fewer and fewer people are using the good old PC. There is still no download software for ANDROID and APPLE.
Maybe this very economical site should consider a modest small commission to adapt to current technology.
I think I'm not the only seller who is in favor of investing in this direction to win back those who no longer use a computer.

I use the auction site archine.com on my PC and my Asus Android smartphone, and I have no display issues; the site automatically adapts to the screen size.
Maybe you have a setting on your tablet that is preventing the proper functioning of modern websites developed in PHP, HTML5, and CSS3.
Perhaps we will have the chance to meet on Archine! -
